Bramford 400kV has been one of the key project for REDAS. Since 2023 we have been appointed to deliver the SGT2 replacement works. Later in 2024 we were appointed to take up on another circuit which is Bramford-Sizewell 2 400kV. REDAS take pride in delivering thes works with complete design and approval (CDAE).
The project involved close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to develop a complete design for the asset replacement works, colloaboration with the principle designer, develop relay settings calculations, validate relay functionality, protection performance and overall scheme compliance in accordance with the project specifications.
Again, the display of REDAS’s capability in the testing, validation and integration of protection systems for high-voltage transmission infrastructure.
