Harker 400kV Energy Enablement Project. REDAS was appointed as design for the protection and control system design for both license and unlicensed works in early 2024.
The project involved complete design of protection and control system using GEV micom products. REDAS was also appointed for the complete design velidation in protection panels including developing configurations, test instructions, review of the protection topology and leading the factory acceptance testing with National Grid.
This project validated REDAS’s capability in the engineering, design, testing and validation of high-voltage protection systems for critical transmission network infrastructure.
